We have an excellent track record in securing planning permission and then selling the consented development sites on for a significant uplift in value. We have over 20 years of experience dealing specifically with residential development land on behalf of private landowners, local authorities, investment funds and developers. In 2022 alone, we have exchanged on over 2,250 strategic plots across a number of sites that will be promoted through the Local Plan process. We have also concluded a number of consented land sales totaling some 800 plots.
Our advice is bespoke to all new clients and most importantly we share the journey with you from the initial informal meeting to the ultimate sale and completion of the land transaction.
We are members of the CLA (Country Land and Business Owners Association) and provide advice to their landowner members across the UK.

After a successful military career with the Army, Matt formed Pendimo after many years as Land and Planning Director for the UK’s second largest property agency. Matt specialises in all aspects of the Development Land sector. A vast majority of Matt’s clients are landowners who come from all walks of life be it a farming family, relatives of landowners who have been left land and private landowners and investors.
Outside of work Matt enjoys watching Rugby and still has the urge to don the boots even into his 40’s. He also enjoys spending time with his family, watching and playing cricket and watching F1.
