Acting on instructions from our retained client Croudace Homes, we were tasked with identifying and securing residential development opportunities within the Cambridgeshire area. We assessed the site’s planning suitability and ensured it matched our client’s brief. We provided residential development consultancy advice relating to sales revenues, housing mix and affordable housing.

The site had planning permission for 49 residential plots and, working with our client, we submitted our offer that resulted in a sale within 8 weeks.
