We were approached by our client who had been recommended to us by a former client from Essex. The12 acre site had planning permission for 81 plots. We were formally instructed to market the site on the open market to all national and regional housebuilders. We received significant interest and a vast number of offers. Pendimo then interviewed and selected a national housebuilder to purchase the site. Interestingly, the successful party had offered on the site some 6 months earlier at a level nearly half of what was achieved.
