Pendimo provided initial development consultancy advice to the landowners on the development potential of the land. We were then instructed to market the site to land promoters and housebuilders. We selected a shortlist of parties and invited them to propose best and final bids based on a promotion agreement.  Pendimo then negotiated terms with a land promoter. The site is at appeal having been refused planning due to the Local Authority claiming that they have a five year housing land supply. Once the appeal has been upheld, Pendimo will dispose of the site via a rigorous and detailed marketing campaign.
