Acting on behalf of CBRE Investments, Pendimo was instructed to expose the site to the open market. The site was a former Honda dealership and had significant technical issues such asĀ  topography, Japanese Knotweed and ground contamination. Once offers were received for this brownfield site, Pendimo assessed all parties and established the true cost of the abnormal costs involved. This resulted in a seamless transaction to a housing association who constructed 40 residential dwellings.
