Grantham Road, Bottesford, Nottingham

Pendimo was approached by two private landowners who own a 12 acre site in Bottesford, Melton Mowbray. The site was a draft allocation within the Melton Local Plan and the landowners asked Pendimo if they would like to promote the site on their behalf. We agreed terms with them and have recently submitted planning for 60 residential plots. An adjacent site secured planning in June so we are confident of a successful outcome.
