A password protected website was set up to make all key technical documentation available for potential purchasers to download and review, ensuring all parties were capable of making a credible and well researched bid.
An open marketing campaign was run in order to cover a wide range of interested parties and ensure that any interested party was able to put forward an offer in a very competitive market place. We received over fifteen formal offers for the site and interviewed the top five housebuilders.
A sale of the site was secured to a national housebuilder at a premium level after contract negotiations.
