Pendimo were approached by the landowners who wanted to promote the site through the Medbourne Neighbourhood Plan. We made representations to the Neighbourhood Plan Committee and, working in conjunction with them, designed a scheme that the local community really liked. The Neighbourhood Plan is now made and we expect to submit a detailed planning application within the next few weeks for the erection of 7 detached properties.
