Formal Instructions were received to provide development consultancy and marketing advice to a land promoter client. A series of disposal options were considered and analysed to ensure that the most value adding strategy was followed. After extensive marketing to many housebuilders, terms were agreed with two national housebuilders. The site delivered over 450 plots to the local community.
