Instructions were received by Carisbrooke, an investment fund that focuses on property development.  The brownfield site was part of a larger, closed end property portfolio and was the last remaining asset. We were instructed to present the site to the market on a subject to planning basis.  After a period of marketing, the site was sold to a national housebuilder.
