Pendimo was approached by a private landowner and were asked to provide consultancy, planning and marketing advice on a large 100 acre strategic parcel of land. A residential consultancy role was undertaken by Pendimo resulting in this residential development site being marketed to land promotors and national housebuilders. This resulted in a promotion agreement being entered into with a national housebuilder. The scheme will deliver around 650 residential new homes once planning permission has been achieved. The site value, once consented, will be around the £40 million level.
