Formal instructions were received from private landowners to market this consented development site. The site had outline planning permission for 178 residential plots. Although the site was large and normally would be of interest to a multitude of national and regional housebuilders, the location of the site was somewhat of an issue for enquiring developers as it was immediately adjacent to the M1. That coupled with lower that average sales revenues proved to be problematic. However, through Pendimo’s robust and up-to-date contact base, we secured a deal with a housing association. The vendors were extremely happy with the result especially with the constraints that we encountered.
