Formal instructions were received by the landowner, after a recommendation by a former client, to deliver a successful marketing campaign. The landowner had secured outline planning permission himself for the erection of 85 residential plots. Pendimo was instructed to promote the development land on the open market to all medium and large housebuilders. Weekly marketing updates were given to the client which ensured that they were kept up to date on all matters. This was particularly important as the landowners were working farmers which meant that Pendimo delivered updates later in the evening once they had got home from tending their land. Once the offers were received, Pendimo created a shortlist of parties whose offers we felt were deliverable. At interview we critiqued their offers to ensure that all shortlisted parties could be assessed on the same basis. Once we had concluded that process we selected a party who has now purchased the site for a considerable sum.
