Louth FC, Lincolnshire

Upon the instruction of Louth Football Club, Pendimo provided development consultancy and planning advice to the Club owners which resulted in a planning consent for 98 new homes on the site. We then prepared the site for marketing and created a data room for all of the technical information along with sales brochures for the bidding parties to review. Once offers were received we interviewed the top 4 housebuilders and asked them to submit a best and final offer for the site. On receipt of those offers we selected a party to progress with. The final price achieved was over 23% higher than their opening offer.
