Pendimo identified the land as having development potential after conducting a strategic review on behalf of a retained land promoter. The site was promoted through the Local Plan and we secured planning permission for 85 houses within months of the initial promotion agreement being signed.

The site value was then negotiated with the landowner and the promoter and a figure was agreed where all parties were happy.
